An easy, family-friendly circular route with beautiful views of Aprica and Monte Padrio.
From the ticket office of the Baradello ski lifts, this route initially heads towards the Baradello Apres Ski before skirting along the slopes of the Superpanoramica until you reach a road that runs perpendicular to the ski runs. The route passes a few mountain cabins on the way up to Bratte Basse, where it swings left and intersects with the Superpanoramica run on the right. The downhill winds through spruce trees to Colonia Bustese, which is the spot to remove your snowshoes and join the Via Valeriana to return to the starting point.
Walking the Le Bratte loop in winter requires standard hiking equipment for the season including snowshoes, poles, and crampons if necessary.
