This circular route that’s fairly unchallenging starts and finishes at the car park in Prato Valentino. You’ll traverse a patchwork of woodland with spruce and larch trees and shimmering glades on your way to the cluster of mountain cabins in Verdomana, climbing 255 metres of vertical along the way. For those who are just starting to build up their endurance, this accessible yet adventurous route in Alpine nature is hard to beat.
Between December to February, standard snowy winter walking equipment is recommended for this route (suitable hiking footwear, snowshoes, and poles).
