The Dos della Croce walk takes you through a beautiful landscape of woodland and open clearings.
The standard Dos della Croce walk starts at the carpark in Trivigno ‘Bassa’ (next to a little bridge). Straight onto the trail, you soon reach the Church of San Gaetano, which is where you’ll come back to at the end. Cross the road here and take the first left onto a trail that starts to climb straightaway towards Monte Padrio. Keep right and head towards the road that usually takes you to Guspessa and the Mortirolo during the summer. You’ll soon recognize the church of San Gaetano and find your way back to the car park to round off this circular walk.
Standard snowy winter walking equipment is recommended (snowshoes, poles, and crampons if necessary).
